UPS came today with 165lbs of bird cage for me to put together. I opened the box and set all the pieces out and was looking over the parts list they sent. On the list it read assembly time approximately 20 minutes (chuckles... yeah right). I continued to look through the box, only to discover they didn't send any directions. So much for the 20 minutes..lol. So anyway I called the manufacturer and they sent me some directions via email... they had maybe 8 sentences it read put parts A to B ect..well that would be great if the parts were labeled and included everything they sent me. So the 20 minutes turned into about 2 hours, but i have a cage :)
